RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Return and Exchange Policies
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must process it through the following conditions and procedures:
After receiving the garment, you will have 8 calendar days to request an exchange for size and 30 calendar days to make exchanges for factory defects. You must validate if the desired product is available.
Once you have requested the exchange, you must send us the purchased product to the address we will share with you, where the condition of the product will be validated. It must arrive with tags and labels, clean, unused, and in perfect condition. If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, you will be informed of the reason why the exchange was not made, and the product will be sent back to the initial address.
If the size you want to exchange for is not available, we will give you a redeemable voucher for the value of your purchase, or we will refund your money.
If you want to make exchanges for factory defects, we must first verify that you have taken proper care of the garment.
In both cases, you must assume the costs associated with the return, both the outbound and return transport.
Refund Policy: In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 Article 47, the maximum term for the user to exercise it is 5 business days from the delivery of the goods. After this time, SINESTESIA cannot offer you a refund, but we can offer an exchange under the aforementioned conditions.
Warranty Policy: The warranty term is 30 calendar days for clothing, starting from the moment the user receives the product. The product will be reviewed by the quality department, and a response will be given within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
